Extremely Disappointed — Not Worth the Price Anymore This hotel has gone completely downhill and no longer lives up to even basic expectations. After an exhausting 8-hour bus journey, my 68-year-old mother couldn’t even take a shower because there was no hot water in our room (306). When we complained, the staff casually said the boiler was switched off — Hot water is a basic necessity, not a luxury that should depend on the hotel’s convenience or timing. Every guest has different schedules, and it’s disgraceful that they can’t provide something as simple as 24-hour hot water. With winter approaching, this kind of negligence is inexcusable. The rooms may be spacious, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of basic comfort and poor management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you value hygiene, comfort, or professionalism

Location is good, however services are not worth the money. Me and my wife checked in with request for a queen/king bed room. The provided us with a room with two single beds joined.......they said that they don't have any such room. Amenities are OK but the maintenance of the rooms have deteriorated since I last stayed there four years back. Food is average. The staff are not very cooperative with no smile on their faces. It was our second visit. Great location, spacious rooms, very good staff . The bogey is small but adequate with great tasting food.

Room needs a lot of maintanence. AC made lot of noise and fan would automatically keep switching off. On my first night a stranger started knocking at my door at 4 am and I was unable to sleep. The only thing food was room service. Food was quite average. I expected better given that this was a superior corporate pack.

Good Hotel to stay. Presence of Delicious food and best Good quality service. Rooms are spacious, clean & hygiene. Buffet breakfast was very delicious and lots of Varieties. On the occasion of Bihu they are arranging some Assamese Bihu special dishes like Sirwa (poha) with Curd and Jaggery, oil cakes (Tel pitha), Teel (Sesame seed) Pitha, Coconut (Nariol) Pitha, Sweet Coconut (Nariol) Ladus.. very delicious. it's make my day. familyOne of my favorites in dibrugarh. And not the first time i stayed. Food is always excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean, cool, silent. No issues except that wished to have hot water. It was there but the heating system needed more attention.
