My stay was uncomfortable,Room smell is musty, I didn't feel at ease during my stay." While cleaning the room Towel are not replace, I have to call for towel ? I ordered for a meal , Chicken curry & Plain rice is not up to mark 😢😢😢😢 WC was not clean , A lot of maintenance issue in the room

good food, good stay, no bad reviews, everything was up to the mark, in starting i was afraid to book but it was the best.

I opted for a club room and thought that the rooms size mentioned in the makemytrip website will be the same but found a smaller room. 2ndly the rooms main door lock was bad, ac cooling started after 1 hour of our arrival.

It is not good at all, for example the washroom doesn’t have a hand wash also there is no one to help me to carry my luggage from parking to my room

food was delicious and arrived on time..Bathroom were neat and clean but the bedsheets were full of stain..its my 4th time In Raj meridian and everytime whenever i check in I have to call the housekeeping to change my bedsheets which is full of stain..otherwise the stay is quite comfortable.

The rooms are spacious and well kept, location is prime, service and food are high quality.

Very bad experience. Some of the staff behaviour is very bad. Central A/C not working in the loby. The property is not worth for money.

Staffs are very much polite and gentle. Great overall experience. Complimentary breakfast was really awesome with variety of items.

The hotel is centrally located in Dibrugarh. All basic amenities are nearby to the hotel. The staff is very cooperative and pleasant.

Food was average.No slippers and toiletries were provided.On top of that after we checked out the staff told us that there was stain on the bedsheet which was not removable.But it was not true.We agreed to pay for the laundry.But instead of providing the hotel QR code,they asked us to pay in their personal account.But on our insistence they provided the hotel QR.It was a real put off.

The amenities in the room are required to be maintained. Food quality is very good. Staff is very supporting.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, Overall my hotel room stay was a wonderful experience that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

We booked a room at Raj meridian hotel for one night. We were given twin bed. But since we were a couple we didn’t wanted a twin bed we had no option to chose only king bed. The only option available was king bed/twin bed and no option to select separately for only king bed. And despite having room with a king bed the hotel reception people denied saying that room with king bed was not available all were booked they said and instead they gave us a twin bed. After repeatedly telling them about the option that we didn’t get to choose they asked us to contact in middle of the night about how to solve the matter to get a king bed. But after repeated arguments with hotel at last they provided us with a room with king bed. Despite having a room with king bed they said they didn’t have a king bed available. It was a terrible stay at Raj meridian and also option is not good for choosing type of bed

Wifi was not working the entire time. The room does not have a food menu for room service. The staff was not cooperative
