The hotel is located in a decent locality on the main road. The room i stayed in was clean and the bathroom was nice and smelled fresh. Checking took less than 5 mins which was great. Hope to try the food and then give an update but till now the stay seems to be value for money. And yes, they also have free wifi :)

superb accommodation and services. at a very great deal. Rooms are bigger and comfortable to stay. There in house restaurant is also very good. nice taste of food

this hotel has it own importance as it is situated in the city of dibrugarh. 1.not situated in crowded area 2.has got vechile parking facility. 3.rooms are hygienic. 4.staff are of polite behaviour & ready for their help and support. 5.good hotel to stay in i recommend.

Rooms and environment are very good . only they need to upgrade the breakfast option. Location is very good

The staff of Chiphoong hotel was really kind & helpful, this was my 3rd time stay and the staff behaviour is really good I liked staying there others should stay in that hotel 4 star

Hotel dormitory room details are not clearly explained. Even my wife was not allowed in the room considering as a dormitory room. I have upgraded my room by paying extra and shifted. Cleanliness is not purely maintained as per rates of the room. Food was too expensive but not upto the mark. Staff behaviour was good and overall experience is not good. Coz price and services are contradictory in nature.

Room was good and also had a great view outside, good parking place just food options could be little better as a single traveller options are too large for me.

As per price rooms are not up to, not spacious for the Double bedrooms...menu should be kept in the room, many essentials things are missing

it was a nice stay and staffs were helpful too one negative thing is absence of latch so u can't lock from inside although a chain system is there and a sign of donot disturb is there which guests can use. price of foods is a bit expensive

Hotel is located in a good accessible location. Rooms are pretty clean and modern. It offers basic amenities but missing certain things. For example the room we booked said it had iron board, iron, hair dryer etc but none of it were present in the room. Therefore I found the amenities information to be misleading. We had a complimentary breakfast and the food itself was pretty good but the service was super slow. Someone in our group ordered Corn Flakes for breakfast and even that took them 20 mins to serve. Any food you order wouldn't arrive before 20 mins no matter how simple it is. We also ordered grilled sandwich and when we asked why it was taking so long to serve, they said it takes long because it has capsicum. However, when it was finally served after 30 mins, it just had tomatoes and cucumber. I can't understand how that took them 30 mins to serve. You also have to ask specifically for complimentary water. You are entitled to 1 litre of complimentary water a day but if you don't ask for it, they will charge you ₹20 for the water. Other than the slow service, the hotel is pretty decent and the staff tries to answer your queries promptly.

Worst exprience i have ever seen even the water is chargeable when ever i stay in dormetry or hotel room the hotel provide water but here its chargable

room was okay but price is high according to room size.sleepers was not available,no wifi..............

Room was good and clean but couldn't sleep as the nearby room was making a lot of noise till 2 in the morning and we could hear the flush sound and kettle sound of the adjacent room other wise a good stay
