Stay was good. But we requested them to make ready the breakfast at 7/30. But it was ready only after 8, which made our journey to Tezu and Walong very late. We requested only that the Hotel s specified time only which they could not serve. The reason they informed us was that the cook didn't turn up

room was big but ammenities were not so good. toiletries are not sufficient. house keeping staffs are also minimal. today at the time of check out at morning nobody helps us to take our luggagges. you have to climb some stairs to reach reception. for old aged persons and with walking problems may avoid this hotel.

Good Stay, but complementary breakfast was poor
Room was good, location of hotel is also good. The complementary breakfast was poor. Not worth the amount paid. Buffet breakfast was there but we were not allowed as complementary breakfast as per them is limited to serving they provide.

Poor Stay
Room had smell of cigarettes smoking. Very difficult for a non smoker. Even my clothes smelled of cigarettes later. Asked them to fix the TV, but they did not do anything even after repeated complaints

Good place to stay....
Rooms are great, location is good, staff are good but housekeeping has degraded a little this time as compared to last many visits. Example ; I had to ask for toiletries, and even after that only one given for 2 guests. Things like shower caps were missing this time, which is a necessity, when hairdryer is not available in hotel. Overall found it to be a good place to stay, as per experiences in last many visits. Hope it continues to be so. I have stayed here several time now. Rooms are great, location is favourable, staff are professional, food is fine. But some degradation in room service noticed this time. For example; there was no toiletries provided beforehand, and only 1 provided for 2 guests, after request. There was no Shower Caps, which is a necessity when no hairdryer provided. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay.
