Poor Stay
Service poor. Room is not furnished there is no mirrors in room and bathroom. Experience is so bad.

There were some basic amenities missing like towel and unlimited complimentary water (only half litre bottle given for whole day. Although food was good and overall staff behavior was nice

Hotel room is terrible. Room service is very bad. No any response from hotel. Very poor service. Room rent is very high according to room provided by hotel.

Location is OK. Rest everything is horrible. No service. Worst quality. No telephone. No bell every time you have to go to reception and ask for even a bottle of water. I booked n it was prepaid. But while checkout he insisted for payment.

Solo business travel to Dibrugarh and staying in Raj Palace
The behaviour of hotel staff is aggressive. They are poor in receiving and acting on feedback Food quality is average Washroom nor have to exhaust neither geyser. Room quality is ok. Cleanliness of overall. Hotel is average. Rooms and corridors are dark. Value for money 2.5/5 Overall verdict avoids this hotel.

The behavior of the reception is horrible. There should be maintain some professionalism. As a make may trip customer it's the worst experience I ever have. Please look at the matter seriously, it's vanished make my trip reputation.

Pathetic experience
Rooms are very bad and they have given standards room instead of Dulex which I have booked

Excellent Stay
Hotel is awesome and the behavior of staffs is very good. Cleanliness is also well maintained. Food is so delicious. I gonna stay in this hotel next time also.

Ok type
soloRooms are clean. Tv channels are very few. Food quality is good but price on the higher Side. At night mosquitoes do bite.
