The Convoy Hotel

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The convoy hotel is my go to hotel in dibrugarh. Clean, spacious rooms. Food is awesome, especially the breakfast buffet.

I stayed in a city view suite and had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt, and the food was excellent, though slightly expensive for a one-night stay. While the view wasn’t very impressive, Wi-Fi was available and reliable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

I recently stayed at Convoy Hotel and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the staff greeting me warmly and ensuring I felt at home right away. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with all the comforts I could have asked for. The bed was incredibly comfortable

The amenities and staff behavior were undoubtedly excellent. The in-house bakery at the hotel cafe was impressive, and the cheesecake was especially delicious just left to try the Korean cheese bun , maybe next time😁

Very good location if you travel by your own car, good parking facilities. Good quality food, breakfast should be with more options. Rooms are nice and clean. Views from the room is amazing. Amenities are nice.

I had a good stay at The Convoy Hotel, Dibrugarh. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were decent. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, but there might be some minor areas for improvement especially in food services. The food prices doesnt justify the quality and taste of food which was below average. Would consider staying again however without food certainly.

I stayed in room 103. Very near to transformer. Too noisy also buffet had 3 breakfast items that too seemed stale.. service wz snail 🐌

I recently stayed at your property and had a generally pleasant experience. However, I’d like to share a small concern that I hope will help improve the service, especially for families with young children. After checking in earlier, we returned to the property around 10 PM. I was carrying my three year old niece , who had fallen asleep, and had to wait while the receptionist attended to booking queries before handing over the room key. A little more attentiveness towards families with small children during such late hours would be highly appreciated. Also, I tried calling the reception through the intercom for more than 10 minutes to request the bill be sent to the room, but unfortunately couldn’t get through. I eventually had to come down to the lobby to complete the billing in person. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken in the right spirit. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel convoy is awesome. Not only about the food and lodge but the location too. That tea garden view is Amazing. The restaurant have a great ambience. You people have a good way of giving hospitality.

The stay has been pleasant. The Tea Garden View room is spacious with all the essentials being there in the room. Last but not the least, food is really great to taste.
