I recently stayed at your property and had a generally pleasant experience. However, I’d like to share a small concern that I hope will help improve the service, especially for families with young children.
After checking in earlier, we returned to the property around 10 PM. I was carrying my three year old niece , who had fallen asleep, and had to wait while the receptionist attended to booking queries before handing over the room key. A little more attentiveness towards families with small children during such late hours would be highly appreciated.
Also, I tried calling the reception through the intercom for more than 10 minutes to request the bill be sent to the room, but unfortunately couldn’t get through. I eventually had to come down to the lobby to complete the billing in person.
