The hotel has clean rooms with a good ambience and serves quality food. Overall, the property looks nice and comfortable. However, the service needs major improvement. There were very few staff members, and our bathroom cistern had some water issues which remained unattended despite several complaints. Even after requesting room cleaning multiple times, no one came. With better maintenance and prompt service, this hotel could be much better.

Worst decision
"Hello Team, I recently stayed at this hotel with my friends during the off-season. Although the hotel accepted our booking, the facilities provided were not up to the mark. We had requested a dinner setup on the terrace, but it was denied citing low occupancy and inability to switch on the lights. Moreover, our room (205) had a broken lock, and the service was poor. The staff's attitude was arrogant from the moment we checked in. Even basic amenities like hot water for showers were a challenge, with the staff claiming limited supply due to low occupancy. Additionally, the water tank was not adequately filled, resulting in a shortage of water during our stay. Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend staying at this property again."

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanku Hotel Mountain Top Manali 🏔️

A budget friendly hotel
Location near Hadimba Devi temple and over a cliff suites name to the property. A view of the nearby snow capped mountain and tall Deodar tree from the terrace is great. Food was good too. In morning breakfast they have varieties of South and North Indian dishes as well as continental. Evening buffet dinner is equally good and the price 250 per person suites everyone's pocket. Property is a bit old but they try to provide all essential amenities for guest comfort. Staff is courteous, supportive and polite. They have a special rooms for games but it lacks the necessary Items.

The stay was good, but the rooms are neat and clean. The buffet is good as per the price. But the issue is with Parking since it's very limited

We loved to stay at the hotel mountain top because of terrace garden view is amazing, however the hotel room needs to be maintained. Food quality is good.

Excellent Stay
Majestic, Serene, Godly...what a beautiful stay I had at this property. It was super time spent with my Family . Extremely nice setting and location on top of the Mountain and accessible by vehicle. Extremely hospitable staff and had a lovely time here at the Hotel Mountain top. Lil far from the hustle bustle of Mall Road , nestled in true midst of Nature. It was a delight to stay here with family for 2 days. Would love to recommend it to friends.

Poor Stay
The overall experience of the stay was not good the fan was not working the bed mattress was very low quality and the bedsheet got stains on it.

Rooms were clean but I have book 3 adults accomodation but accomodation provided by staff for only 2 adults. Intercom services was not good.
