Spider webs in room. After telling owner several times no cleaning has been done. Washbasin pipe is not connected to main hole. Also washbasin is broken. Dustbin not clean after telling owner several times. I am alone with my wife so in that case i am not able to argue with him. I want my refund. It is such horrible stay.

Very near to the local market at city heart. Pleasent stay with beauty of campus garden and very good nature view behaviour of the owner.

I had 2nd visit to moon hotel at ranikhet. It was good locality and wonderful ambiance but few facilities are not up to the mark like room heater provided by hotel stay was out of order not worked at all. Telephone kept at room was also out of order and bedsheet was very dirty not at all clean. Being a prestigious hotel in such beautiful place hotel management should maintain the quality. Overall it was an average experience this time.

Everything about this hotel was great beautiful room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a perfect location.

The location is in the middle of the market which is great to spend good time in the evening and morning as well. Room were very specious and very well maintained.

Hotel is well situated near gandhi chowk i. E. Between the main ranikhet market. The property is really big and has one of the best view in ranikhet. The only downside are the rooms and basic amenities, which are missing. Would recommend only when you have no other option available.

Food is not good as there was no running kitchen inside food arranged on order from outside supply

Washroom was in a very bad condition also bed-sheets and blankets were not clean.

The Hotel is equipped with amenities like hot water, a good Restaurant And warm bedding. The staff is quite friendly too. However the rooms need renovation to appeal to modern guests. The Hotel is slightly overpriced too.

Most of the time of my stay I spent outside IE in market. The mattress as well blanket were smelling bad due to heavy seepage in room. I thought old is gold but it was contrary and quite unpleasant. I would never opt for it again. I left the room before my scheduled time.
