poor room conditions no balcony, no staff, no housekeeping staff, lack of cleanliness, or misleading information about the hotel's facilities because its a home stay

I am surprised how the company like MMT enrolled this hotel. There's no road to this hotel. The hotel is about 200 ft stiff down from the road side. Only way is steps. The steps are very stiff, bad conditioned and dangerous. There is maximum chances of foot slip. I canceled the hotel by calling the customer care number and waiting to get back my money. My advice to all, don't book this hotel.

Beautiful property. Very well maintained. The owners are extremely welcoming and friendly. Though the homestay is slightly difficult to reach, it was worth the effort. Also, the place is very peaceful and quiet. And the food prepared by them is delicious, home cooked food!

everything is perfect food and room and views

This was one of the worst decisions ever in my 10 years of traveling. This is not a homestay or hotel, it's a home managed by a senseless person. We were only guest over here when we stayed, i want to give you all some pointers not to go there: 1. The location is damn difficult to find, do not have a gps reach 2. The way to this location is very dangerous, there are steeps and slipry. Not recommended for older aged, children or pregnant women. 3. No market nearby, highly isolated 4. They don't have any housekeeping 5. You can't order food here anytime. They only offer lunch and dinner and that too disgusting 6. The owner is non cooperative 7. The owner can enter your room without your permission 8. They will charge for everything but no service at all. 9. It's a trap, i won't opt for it even free

This was amazing experience and the facilities was very good. The weather, room, food and behaviour was pretty amazing. I suggest to everyone who want see the beauty of peace and purity should must visit once. Thanks for the lovely and beautiful memories

Decent room. Good, home food. The only drawback is the very steep approach. You have to negotiate 120+ steep steps and then walk about 25 meters. Not suitable if medically unfit or who can't walk. This fact must be mentioned on the portal. Failure to disclose amounts to misrepresentation. 3

The owner of the hotel was very nice, tasty food with great quality and service was very nice. I am happy to visit again. Thanks 👍
