Review Of Hotel Monville, Ranoli GIDC

Hotel Monville stay was not good. No cleanly room, bath room, bed sheet, pillow cover also not on pillow. Room service was so poor that one should not think to stay in future.

One of the terrible experience i have felt. Never go with family, and i request mmt please remove this hotel from your app.

room is too much ugly hotel location not good electric city not working online room photo nice but physical room is too bad 😞 please don't suggest any person to this hotel this hotel is not safe for couples. i have no images. because i book room for 2 night and stay only 1 night. because room is too bad smell and not comfortable

We found the property through the location tracking on google map The hotel didn't provide food, we had to go almost 2km to find a decent restro for food. Amenities were ok, but service was poor. They didn't have a cook or a running kitchen. The hotel looked rarely frequented. It seemed like we were the only guests to stay there in 5-6 years. Rooms appeared recently prepared, but after a gap of 5-6 years. Also, the hotel is located in a very dusty, very dirty and backward locality without any shops or market nearby. Uber/rapido cab drivers found it difficult to find the hotel even with live location sharing, because mobile network wouldn't work properly. No lawn, no garden, no proper lounge. Rooms were somewhat ok, but everything else outside was dingy and dirty.

I was not styling there because facilities is very bad

The hotel was shabby and completely deserted. The complete staff except one was on leave, lift was not working, parking was all dirty. Leave it aside, the room was also dirty, bathroom was unclean. We had to look for another hotel for checkin at midnight!!! Didn’t stay for a sec!!! Money was all wasted and had to look for another hotel. Not recommended for any family!!

Hotel is not well maintained, lift was not working. Tap water was provided. Bedsheets were not clean. Walls and floor was dirty. Previous customer's items like soap, shampoo, toothbrush, detergent was there in the bathroom. Doors did not have any locks or latch from inside (unsafe) insufficient staff members. Overall a bad experience for me and family!

The property was good. Staff was a little clumsy, the cleaning of the rooms was not properly done, we had to change 2-3 rooms for finding a perfectly cleaned room..

This property is actually a fully furnished 1bhk flat, very well maintained and having very peaceful atmosphere and surroundings. A very nice restaurant is also there which provides room service too. It was a very pleasant, pocket friendly and comfortable stay and i will always prefer to stay here whenever i will be visiting varodara!

Room was smelling, water is not pure, everything is messed up.

Rooms are clean and hygienic. Didn't take any food as they didn't have any food facilities. The biggest drawback is the location, as it's very remotely located which causes a lot of inconvenience
