misty inn: good but could be be
everything was good , nice location and parking and room conditions except for unwashed linen and no soap towel provided, tv also not working.. no other such issue..

Terrible Stay
The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. It seemed like it hadn’t been properly prepared for new guests. The dustbin was not emptied, and there were leftover items like food near the front door, which was quite off-putting. These issues detracted from what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope the management addresses this to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Not worth the money you spent
Room was kept neet, but they have thrown all the garbage near by property. There won't be any both room accessories kept ready, need to ask for everything.

Stay location is good, calm & quite place. We booked 2 rooms which was clean. Totally it was a pleasant stay for us.

coupleI had a pleasant stay at the property. The property is very close to yercaud lake but has a parking space with cctv cameras, for vehicle’s safety. Located on a steep road which needs to be considered if you travel in private vehicle. Rooms safe spacious enough for a decent stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay ! all of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I really like the hotel. Very good service. Well maintained hotel. If you love peace over everything else. Stay at this hotel misty inn highly recomendabale !

Not recommend stay, very poor and rude staff
familyNo words to describe that much of bad stay. No basics inside the room. I booked deluxe room but got normal room. No towel, soap, past. Bathroom was leaking and bad in quality. Power cut was frequent. Solution was not provide, staff after all the issues were agreed by the hotel owner and he was very rude. Very bad property specifically not recommend stay for family. If you book your are taking a risk.

Thanks for the feedback sir - we regret for the inconvience caused - plz inform hotel management while you are facing this kind of issues 1) we came to know you did not know how to insert electric tag for power supply and dont know how you stayed for 2 days - our management came to know only during checkout via makemytrip - if you would said earlier we would have guided you and you would have stayed in property with pleasant stay 2) basic things like - water bottle, soap and towel were provided - if you could have requested other then this we would have helped you buy 3) delexue rooms were provided to you -as per your request we changed to other room as kids need to play 4) moreover during checkout you have complaint-ed to makemytrip and demanding for full refund - if you would have the problem you could have let us known in prior so that we would have helped you and given a pleseant stay thanks !
