it was mentioned that the stay had swimming pool while I was booked the property. But the pool was renovating and wouldn't be ready for next 2 weeks. I would have chosen a property with a swimming pool if I had informed that it doesn't have pool.

There was no one to attend or respond properly.. no breakfast, pool was not cleaned .. dirty water..provided a room and bathroom, which had a water leaking floor, no teabag or sugar for marking tea, kept a common kettle and a dirty water can which was a locally filled . Surroundings were good looking, cool peaceful.

Power shut down no wifi not responding

The location of the property is one of value. There is only a common swimming pool available which is located separately in a common building away from the property, which is not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. The wifi does not work frequently and no phone service works which makes communication very difficult. Only a kettle is provided, no toiletries, kitchen ware, plates or tumblers provided. There was no available additional beds even on request. Though tatasky is installed there was no internet most of the time. Tv was not working in 1 room, the house keeping guy also didn't know what to do. During our stay water stopped coming on calling the house keeping guy he told he will come right away as he didn't turn up we called again but he didn't pick the call later when we asked he told it could be an air lock and will get resolved by itself. The maintenance is average as the lights outside the villa does not work at night we had to use our phone flashlights. No airconditioners at the villa again this is not mentioned anywhere. They provide a catering person number for food. We had food only one night, it's home cooked food reasonable and ok. Overall the location and villa is good, but the amenities should be worked upon for the cost, this will make the stay even more pleasant and enjoyable we stayed 2 nights and 3 days as a family of 8 - 4 kids and 4 adults for this one floor would have been sufficient but we had 2 floors and we did not use one floor at all.

Based on the location it is one of the recommended stay for u and your family. The view from window and balcony is awesome along with the separate garden for each villa

Location: very good food: they will help you to order outside but the quality will be very bad. Amenities: nothing much. Service: they did not give towel that is basic stuff.

We reached late yesterday evening and had informed the concerned person in advance. Yet they didn’t respond to our phone when we reached at 9. 45 pm and had to wait for 30 mins till someone finally assisted. And no basic amenities were provided and absolutely no service. The towels were provided upon demand only.

It was a private resort…with good view and ventilation. We are around 6 people, but around 10 to 12 people can be in that 2 bhk villaa….that much spacious it was, with a private fire camp. Its a best place when you come as family or groups or even couples. Dont miss it

Hotel is situated at hill top so no need to go anywhere for view.

Rooms are big and good separate location with mountain view. Food arranged by hotel. Wifi not available and net work problem in room. Outside it’s ok

Stay was very good and then excellent and then clean swimming pool. Property very clean and good.

Property is located not too far from the yercaud lake. It is on the way to kiliyur falls. Quite a climb from the main road and the view of the valley is excellent. It’s good for a group/family to spend a night or two. There is a club house swimming pool which is decently maintained. No other activities available other than the pool. No in-house restaurant which was a disappointment initially. However, they arranged home made food from outside which had excellent taste, quality and price. You don’t get a restaurant experience but you get good food for less price. Both veg and non veg options are good. We went as a group of 10. Had a very good time. Morning mist and evening foggy view we’re excellent. Altogether a great stay!
