No one is there at the arrival evening 5 pm.we were wait 20 minutes and I have booked a villa but the villa manager given a double room only

Room pictures which they have is Different and we got different rooms which are not good. Everything is stinky. Worst experience is they have constructed room on Water sump. Below cot there is sump. I've never seen such kind of rooms.

We went as a group of 7 members and the first resort to notice is sushmika villa resort, which has varieties of rooms, other than room we don’t have pool or any other stuffs but i would say it is worth staying there as the staffs were really nice and friendly. Food tasted good we had breakfast in the morning and with the coffee. They dint charge anything for late check out. And had nice talk with the staffs, they shared their route knowledges with us to roam around. Over all it was a good, pleasant stay.

Stay was nice, but villa rooms mostly are not maintained properly very dusty smell in the room, was reasonable price for 1bhk. Also near to pakoda point, but away from lake area. Hot water available usual timings

Its very far from yercaud city. people having safety concerns, dont book this hotel and its super scary at night.

We traveled during rainy season. It's quite not hygiene place, not properly cleaned sofas & wet walls. At evening & night with those wet walls you can expect too many snail at your washroom. One good thing is staffs are very helpful with your needs. Food i would say better get it from outside.

The moment we went, we were shown the room which was terrible and unfinished without a door in the room. When we complained to change the room, they refused and the owner was very rude and arrogant. He even asked us to search for some other hotel around Yercaud, when we confronted what kind of treatment you give to the guests that too after making full payment for the stay, he bluntly said that we are not his 'customers ' but we are the customers of MMT and we were free to complain to them. Later, Mr. Mahendran, the area manager of MMT was connected to us by the staff, even he was forcing us to adjust and he could do little. It was already 4 pm in the evening of 25th Dec, we then requested them to accommodate in some other room. They had kept nothing in the room as claimed in the MMT site. You don't find telephone/intercom, there is no reception area only. It's just run by some unprofessional ppl without even giving basic necessities to the guests. Staffs were good and responding. There is no restaurant, Some food items were prepared in a makeshift tent by some ladies but I must admit that we enjoyed that food when we ordered. There is no hot water also. it's a Dec chill and they just switch on the geyser during the morning for few hours only, if you miss that then you can't even take bath as there is no hot water. After all these things, Mr. Mahendran of MMT assured me that a partial refund will be arranged but that is also not sure as he was only pushing us to accept it, which made us even think that he might have some stake in this hotel which has nothing to offer. What can I say this was a terrible stay we ever had, even if anyone wants to go, good luck to them.

Stayed with family. Excellent villa property in live nature ambiance in Yercaud near Pagoda point. Staffs are very friendly. Robinson treated the Guests very friendly and responded immediately for whatever requests. Important point to be highlighted was food 100% liked the food, 200% homely preparation. Appreciate the kitchen team very much.I would suggest my Friend and visit again.

Need to improve the maintenance

Most of the time there was no power, no toilet kit was provided, mostly no Wi-Fi and room service was not all there and out of all this, they are super expensive.

Better but is is good not bad ok

Both hot and warm water not properly available. Every time we have to inform. Blankets for children's not provided. Later they provided cheap and turned blankets.

Pathetic. I have given my feedback by calling MMT representative.

Plus- 2 BHK villa, 8 persons can stay comfortably, hall, with dining hall, pleasant stay (little away from town), staff are good, safe place for both families and friends. Had a memorable trip with my friends. Minus- food is okay, no heater working, TV is there but no cable connection, no Airtel mobile network.
