Hi, there is no car parking at all for gusts. The property is on a busy road and the road is only 30 foot wide. The management asked me to park on the road at our own risk, they said they are not responsible for any theft or damages to the vehicle. In this regard, I have contacted make my trip, for 2 days, for cancellation of the booking but, I did not get any update till now.

Minerva One Town for a day
Stayed for a day to attend a marriage in the city. Hotel staff were hospitable and polite. Benefit is also a good restaurant attached.

Bad experience.
it's a very old standalone building without any parking. All the drain waste flows at the entrance. Room was okish. Pillow had some rust stains, chair was not good, Bathroom is well maintained. AC had some bad smell. our checkin was 12pm but we reached around 11am. They initially denied the early check-in though the room was available, then accepted upon requesting.

the hotel is in a very poor locality. its a standalone building with no car parking. not the kind of a property one would expect from Minerva. the description on make my trip says "Lavish hotel property". shows how low are the standards of Make My Trip. turns out, minerva is giving out franchises at just about any location. did not check-in as it was absolutely disgusting. and since I arrived at the location at 12.30 while check-in is at 12 noon, did not get a refund. pure waste of Money and my trip was ruined. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Good Stay
The place was nice and very well connected to market. Our stay was pleasant and room was really good. The only problem i had was the air conditioner was leaking water which they tried resolving but after a while it started again. Rest it deserves a 10/10 for everything. I don't have any.

Bad stay, poor maintenance, no parking, no support staff, no maintenance-
No parking, bad maintenance of rooms the staff doesn't provide assistance to the visitors. Overall poor experience
