Accommodation is ok. But maintenance is not good

The hotel is located near to the railway station and market. The property is neat and clean. Rooms are average in size and clean. However there is no active restaurant so for lunch and dinner you have to go out or depend on Swiggy or tomato.

Bathroom size is bit small. In breakfast meal, items can be added. I have stayed for 2 days. The experience was good.

I had stayed at The Park Hyderabad a few years ago and had a wonderful experience, which led me to book The Park Signature Hotel Royal Banza in Vijayawada, expecting a similar standard. Unfortunately, the experience this time was deeply disappointing. When we checked in at 4 PM — not an early check-in — we found that the room lacked basic amenities: no towels, no toilet paper, and a broken toilet jet spray. These are essentials that should have been taken care of before guest arrival. We had to request each of these items, which was frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The next morning during breakfast, the service was extremely slow. To add to the disappointment, coffee was served in broken cups — something you'd expect from a street vendor, not a branded hotel. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations and certainly did not reflect the quality associated with the Park brand.

Worst receiving and hospitality, poor location and ambience

It was a nice stay. Good location. A neat and clean hotel and one can expect a hassle free stay. Very good experience.

Poor ambience, wash room is not tidy. Room is not properly sanitised and cockroaches are found everywhere in the room.

Service staff makes faces if you ask extra poori or paratha at buffet. They say tea Is cold when you ask for tea. Strangely bad and funny comedy staff who stares at you if you ask

There was a power cut in the middle of the night, else rest all was good with the hotel. Staff was well behaved. Overall it's a good stay.

Overall stay was ok, Nothing great to mention. Service was really bad, I had to ask multiple times to changes the sheets and clean the room. Tv wasn’t working the whole time. The water pressure in the washroom was questionable.

They have provided the worst room in their hotel I suppose. Don't go through MMT even if it says value stay. They treat you as if you are paying nothing if gone through MMT. Totally worst stay.. stinking smell in room and washrooms are hell

Rooms are having smoking smell. And multiple controls doesnot work. And should think about cleaning the place. Atleast put room freshner. And on top of it for the amount they are taking it’s not at all worth. They should have put minimal required items. It was all empty.
