I am writing to formally complain about the deeply unsatisfactory conditions during my recent two-day stay, for The quality of the room and service I received was nowhere near the standard expected for this price point.
The room's condition upon arrival was shocking:
The bathroom basin was missing a crucial fixture (a tap/faucet).
The linens were in a state of disrepair, with dirty, torn towels and a torn bed cover.
In addition, basic amenities and services were absent:
Despite the room amenities listing telephone and seating area, these were not present. I was provided with a TV but no remote control.
Crucially, after check-in, my multiple requests for drinking water were ignored, and no water was ever delivered.
I booked this accommodation expecting a premium experience commensurate with the high cost. I urgently request an explanation for this gross lapse in quality and a prompt resolution, including a partial or full refund.
