1. Room was good, hygenic, spacious with comfortable bedding. We stayed at 3 October. 2. Washroom was clean. 3. Towel provided 4. We stayed at room number 101 and booked thorough make my trip in consultation with their reception prior to booking. 5. Early check in was provided without any hassle and extra charge 6. No restaurant in hotel but Nayana Inn restaurant is just opposite and have good food 7. Dwarkadish mandir is just nearby 8. Recommended can be booked for stay Lift is also there Staff and owner is curtious

The property location is good. However, considering the money paid the property facilities and rooms can be rated average and nothing more than that.

Hotel was terrible,not matching the pics,stinky,staff rude,we left the hotel within hour,noone should go to that place.prices was too high for this cheap property.staff,cleaniness all very bad.U create a trap of non refundable kind otherwise noone will stay there.

Average facility, i faced some issue with door knobs which were not working

No comfortable rooms. Cleaning very poor and amenities is not upto standard

No ventilation, unhygienic, smelly beds and dirty pillows. Dirty towels. Not recommended for family with small kids.

Poor property, worth to payable around 1000 per night. Very small room, poor bathroom facility.

Stay was pleasant, top notch cleanliness and responsiveness. The premise is relatively close to many important tourist spots~500m, so that was great too. Owner helped out with a last minute switch to accommodate our request, which was really helpful. Cant say about the room service as we didnt partake much of it. But overall, a very pleasant stay indeed.

It’s way expensive according to service. Also they are not reliable in timings. Customer doesn’t expect a minute more than 20 hours but if we are just staying for 15 hours and still they are not adjusting an hour, it’s non supportive.

Service provider was very rude for allotment of room. His words were like, he was not very supportive for bookings done. Hotel service is not good for booking customers.

Hotel service is good even the staff is good. Near to temple and market.

Very humble staff and clean room

Rooms are small at this price range. Service is also average, there are not professional staff. Hotel is near merriage/function hall so some trouble with sleeping at night. Hotel is near dwarika temple & beach so you can explore things simply.

I visited dwarka with my wife and kid. The hotel charged me for two days. I paid high as it was a peak time, otherwise this property is not more thin 1500, nearby to central but basic service was missing like water bottle, towel, 24hr service. No professional staff.

Good service and good food, clean washroom

Best at dwarka the owner is so helpful service is world class so so thankful.

It is average property with small room size. Rooms size ideal for 2 person only. Not value for money.

Staff very polite and room services also excellent mr k d hotel manager very supportive and helpful to us online booking handle very well. Hotel location in city all location in walking distance bazar, temple, bus, gomti river etc.

In 2 nights stay we changed 3 rooms. In 1st room the bathroom ceiling was broken and water tap handle came in hand when opened tap to fill bucket so they changed the room, in 2nd room the flush tank was not working, 3rd room 2 ceiling lights above our bed was switched on permanently we tried all switches in the room those 2 lights were not getting switched off after all we had to sleep in night with lights on. Unreliable and unprofessional staff.

The location is nearby to dwarka mandir, the only thing i didnt like is the restaurant was closed.
