location was just the corner.. it took 30 mins to find the hotel. also owner was so horrible.. when we reached he denied to give the room even though i have done my full payment before reaching and he was only making excuses. Hotel was also at the ghat and people were changing clothes there only so creepy..😐😐 Also price wasn't according to the room. nothing was worth.

good locations but need to work few more minutes to reach the property as no vehicle 🚗 can come near the property. No extra service like complimentary water etc. But below the property there own stationary shop for water, cold drinks & biscuits you can buy. Our room suddenly stop electricity ⚡️ after an hours when I ask them they say sorry and on the electricity switch again. Out side the hotel river with minimum water and to much dirty but at the time of high tide only the natural beauty you can see very well

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this guest house. They falsely advertised facilities like a TV, geyser, and Wi-Fi, but none of them were available. The room was completely lacking the basic amenities they promised. The property owner was indifferent and had no interest in resolving issues. When I raised concerns, he just said “okay” and did nothing. The reception staff was equally useless—lazy, dismissive, and unwilling to help. When I told them about the problems, their response was simply, “What should I do? The owner isn’t here.” That says everything about their attitude toward guests. This place —zero customer service, false promises, and an overall horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t wish this stay on anyone!

The property location will set aside all trivial discomfort. It is located absolutely in the confluence of gomti and arabian sea at gomti ghat. Migrant birds chirping, cow roaming through all the ghat areas, devotees feeding fish at the gomti, the location will be given 9. 5/10. Coming to the property, don't have heavy expectations, it is good for solo travellers and those who travel for aesthetic pleasure but travellers who expects 5 star accommodation, it is not for them. Rooms are small, bathroom needs to be shared, if you are accommodated at the ground floor, you may have to share bathroom with others, however as a solo traveller i find it absolutely ok but if i need to come with my family, i will think twice
