In comparison to place, the price was on the higher-end side. No accessories were provided. The hygiene was not maintained. The staff was easily entering the room with dirty slipper. The order of food delivery was very, very lately served. Even my children, after leaving the room, were saying not to book any room online. Very bad experience.

Our experience at this hotel was very poor. The service was extremely slow — we asked for water, and it was delivered after 2 hours! We had clearly booked a double bed (joint), but they gave us two single beds instead. The cleanliness of the room was below average, and overall maintenance seemed neglected. Definitely not worth the money.

Tv was not working. Asked 3-4 times but nobody provided tv set top box. Also hot water not coming. Will never choose it again. Not so worthy.

Everything in this hotel was worst what he tells and he provides is so much different. Even water heaters is not available and restaurant is not available and many thing more. water heater is not there

Hotel marines court is nothing that they show. it shows that there is a restaurant of the hotel but in reality there is a bank and not a restaurant. The only food you get is through room service and that too very expensive and without our choice. Moreover the rooms are not cleaned, bedsheets are not changed, the towels provided are dirty, the pipe in the bathroom leaks and there is no hot water, no geaser. There are red ants in the room. The most overpraised hotel i have ever been with the most pathetic service.

We expect that our stay will be awsome, instead of house keeping services are not good. Rooms are not cleaned very well as per my expectations. House keeping supplies not provided by the hotels. Only breakfast are little good. Done now.

The hotel is under renovation. The entrance was horrible and risky. Room was also dusty. There was no restaurant in hotel. Hotel arranged out side food, which took more than one hour to serve. Night was sleepless due to renovation work, lot of noise of drilling and hammer. We checked out at 7. 30 am but tea was not available even after ordered at 6. 30 am. It was horrible experience. the entrance. It was risky to pass through. Reception on the first was on temperory construction and without any safety. Risky stay, sleep less night and horrible experience.

Rooms, cleanliness, food, facilities everything is good. Staff is very helpful.

The property is not at all maintained. Highly disappointed. No cleanliness. Rooms seems to be suffocating. Ac were not working. Didn't felt welcoming. No one cares to send water bottles to your room. Looking this all scenarios, we left the place as soon as we can.

It was very pleasant stay in the room, however, the service of the staff have room of improvement. It is highly recommended to the guests.
