Review Of Hotel Maziz Prime

Not satisfied. Very bad experience.

Room facility is not good, very poor service, room walls, washroom are not clean, room mirror is very dirty and room lock was not proper working.

As our package has breakfast included but they charged and the cost was also high as compared to Hotel standards, they simply said it's not included in the package, so avoid staying there

When we reached the hotel at 6:30pm in the evening, they told us that our rooms are not booked and all rooms are already full. Before reaching the hotel, we confirmed our booking from MMT and hotel staff itself but they refused to agree and we had to search for an alternative hotel at higher price and pathetic rooms due to non availability on the long weekend ... Highly this managed staff

A very bad experience from entry into hotel till exit. Not reccomaandable for a single night. There was a lot issue on property, and basic amenities, not a clean linen, no proper power back up. Basically a dirty full property in the city.
