Review Of HOTEL MAYURA BOARDING AND LODGING

I stayed @ this hostel for a night , located very centrally , the room was clean and spacious , they do have a dedicated parking lot

I have not received discount for my last booking

Everyday bedsheet should change, if costumers stey more than one night and hand wash should keep in the bathroom. Hotel consists only North Indian dishes, morning tiffin & south indian meals should also be available.

Indisciplined staff, improper cleanliness, stain on bedsheet and pillow cover.

Western bathroom not in the room. Difficult condition.

Evry thing was good. Room service is very good

Average stay, okay for a group of friends

Hotel have refused to provide towels

Stay was excellent. All the staffs are cooperative.

Intercom not working, calling bell no response, ugly bathroom, entire rooms foul smells, bar at entrance, difficult to families. Food is good

Worst response from Make My Trip person. Two rooms I have booked in Mayura Hotel at Bidar. At least one mineral water also not given. Actually in voucher clearly mentioned what are the services are available. But I was asked hotel manager for water bottle you need pay amount. I called Make My Trip executive they said send me that voucher to my Whatsapp number. I sent him. After that again called him he is not picked my call.
