Very bad, Staff Behaviour was an aggressive Room found uncleaned and un hygienic

It was good at stay. Quick response from staff. Budget friendly hotel. Rooms was Maintained well. There is no disturbance.

The location was excellent, rooms were clean for the most part. Bathrooms can be kept cleaner. There is no lift in the property which may cause problems to elderly people. The behaviour of the reception staff was rude. Worth the money though

actually i have reached to abhiman residency at 1:45pm at night, they recieved me at that time also, they check my ticket and give the room. The room was well hygienedand bed was comfortable to sleep. There response towards customer is good. It's a well experience to me

Location was good. Cleanliness was good. But sleeping mattress was too soft. You can consider this place for stay

yah it is good for family and couple and the area is also safe even it is very close to railway station and bus stand

We booked 02 rooms for 06 adult, when we reached arrangement for 06 people only when ask about extra bed staff did not cooperate. There language was not good. Experience was very bad. Parking is not available. Bathroom was dirty, service is very poor.

No windows poor hygienic taps are rusted tripple cots in room. Not taken

In this hotel the staff is very bad. And bad behaviour with her clients. Such like he don't want to give any room to the customer

I went visit this hotel with my partner, faced worst situations, they were asking booking not confirmed, much argument later agreed then after asking extra payments, for every thing they were charged extra. I have traveled much places in my life but never faced this type of situation. I never suggest anyone to visit again this hotel, better to avoid.

Firstly the rooms are not well maintained the staff at the front desk is not well mannered and i paid amount but they multiple times showcased that they haven't received any bookings. Washroom is very unhygienic.

Average service 12 pm check out is great difficulty for outstation travellers

The receptionist was rude and denied check in directly and then upon talking to customer care of they were like they can do the cancellation if hotel is denying check-in and it is up to the hotel that if they do the refund even though i am not the one who is cancel-ling then the hotel started asking for 380 extra for allowing to check-in. And to my surprise, customer care executive has suggested a solution where he suggested me to pay the amount simply and be done with the check-in. Now let’s talk about the hotel; the hotel was saying the address on both id needs to be the same of the two people are staying which is never mentioned on the app anywhere in the policy. The hotel’s condition and cleanliness is whole another story which was really bad, bedsheets and mattress was torn and it was in bad condition.
