Food was below average they mentioned they had spa in hotel but it is not there it is closed , food they took service charge in which I was not interested to give but they took , in bathroom brush toothpaste, third class bathing soap was there which is used by everyone ,towel was not cleaned

The scope of improvement as per me is listed below: 1. Kids tub or buckets for kids will be good. 2. Latch at the top is preferable good in case of kids, as they can easily access to the present one.
