Stay in Mastiff hotel was good. The room (Deluxe) was very comfortable, clean and with all amenities as per the budget. Food and other services was good and prompt. Staff was very courteous and responsive.

Food was below average they mentioned they had spa in hotel but it is not there it is closed , food they took service charge in which I was not interested to give but they took , in bathroom brush toothpaste, third class bathing soap was there which is used by everyone ,towel was not cleaned

The stay was good rooms were clean AC was working. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet it had dosa and omelette live counters with good variety of fruits and South Indian dishes. It’s on the ring road but far from the city and only has external parking. Overall good value for money. Stayed with family and was peaceful and safe

1. AC was very poor | 2. Bathroom is very very congested | 3. Bucket was not there in the bathroom | 4. Mirror in the bathroom was attached to Bathroom door | 5. Bathroom had only one brush; are they expecting guests to share the brush | 6. To use the commode, have to enter the bathroom, close the door with difficulty and then use bathroom (pointing this out because it’s not senior citizen friendly). | Overly experienced was average

The location and the hospitality of the hotel is absolutely good. The food and ambience is also good and hygienic. The staff are friendly and well behaved. The scope of improvement as per me is listed below: 1. Kids tub or buckets for kids will be good. 2. Latch at the top is preferable good in case of kids, as they can easily access to the present one. Overall, it was an amazing and wonderful experience.
