Good location, hotel rooms are clean but green carpet needs wash , however the the hotel team is super rigid in early check in , they in necessarily made issue of it to charge extra, even though I was ready to pay the staff made it super complicated

This is the best hotel to stay at Kalaburagi. Clean, neat, strong ac, decent restaurant below for food. The location is central. We are regular customers of the said hotel and absolutely love it.

Trip canceled due to flight cancelation. Hotel refused to refund

coupleMy flight was canceled and i could not make the trip. While the airline refunded the entire cost the hotel guys stuck to the policy and did not cancel the booking and refund at least part if the cost. This is a very bad practice and poor customer service. The business should be ready to make accommodations if such situation on such small percentage of occurances. I would recommend to stay away from such property owners. They don't care for customers.

businessProperty is located in a smaller mall called gold hub in the heart of the city gulbarga, 15 minutes walk from the rail station. There is one more bigger mall just 5 minutes walk from this hotel, which has a multiplex & lot of food joints. Hotel kyriad is a nice hotel with clean n spacious rooms. Staffs are really very good, well behaved. Breakfast spread is good with a punjabi dhaba style theme. Overall food is also very good, tasty. Value for money.

Ac was not working properly through out the stay had a very uncomfortable night. No proper ventilation in hotel and also they are charging for mini bar items like chips and etc which i think no other hotels charged and that too no one informed after we ate the stuff the bill came not worth it
