Ask to cancel booking and pay cash on counter and terrible service and experience hotel is not upto the mark as mentioned the staff is bad rude behaviour did not offer water towels anything

There is no cleanliness, unhygienic room. The washroom was pathetic and uncleaned. There is no receptionist wachman is do both the job. They Say's there is complimentary breakfast humen can not eat it. Totty worst experience

Food: Restaurant not attached to this property. Breakfast they gave in parcel by their choice that to only idli or Upma. Location: Property is in Kalyan mantap building. Facilities: reception will be available from 10:30 am to 6 PM. Cleaner will be available from 8pm to 8am, guests need get cleaned their room in this mentioned time only. They will not keep room key because they will not be available all the time. Only watchman will be there. TV cable not registered.

Rooms are big but full of dust and even bath room was not cleaned before allotting room . Unhygine rooms

Stay was good. I had a really good breakfast. Staff is also very cooperative. They allowed me for an early check in. All facilities mentioned were available. I will surely visit next time when i come to Gulbaraga.

Food is waste Poor Lighting attached to hospital very disturb and crowd staff also not good

Since it was newly built so it was clean and well maintained. I had a decent experience staying there. There were few flaws that had a bad impact on me otherwise I would have rated excellent. There were no dining restaurants in the Hotel. Forget about canteen they didnt even had any nearby dining options avaialble. I literally had to take an auto rickshaw and go approx 3-4 kms near coty to get food. Swiggy and Zomato was available but it was like experimenting on food quality n options. They offered so called breakfast included package where security used to deliver everyday a plate of IDLI and chutney to our room. There were no other options and very limited. Quality and Quantity were compromised because they use to buy it from street and provide 1 plate each room. This is the biggest drawbacks of this property. I have booked it for 5 nights and paid online which was non refundable otherwise I would switched it to the city area.

a. Water outlet is not good in washroom b. AC didn’t worked and moved to a new room at night 11 PM.

Property is good but location residential not commercial, local transportation problem and inside the property

The rooms were very clean and neat. It was a good stay at this location, but there is no resturant available at this porpy

I had a great experience in hotel stay.The service offered was very good and excellent.Faculty over there were so kind and helpful whenever required and the service was also very quick.Rooms are very comfortable,well maintained with all facilities.Overall the experience of room was very excellent and fabulous.Thank you team for the good service.

Very ambient and peaceful. All basic amenities are well provided, rooms are spacious. Staff is polite and well spoken. Highly recommend a peaceful stay at this hotel.

No food and very non professional. Water is not so frequent. We are struggling for water in morning time for the necessary daily routine.
