HOTEL LOTUS PARK

was a good experience.. I got Luxury comfort and premium Services. when I reached the hotel the servant came with me and showed the room until unless I told him everything is fine then only he went out .. and he asked me for dinner.

Good rooms, services very good, cleaning is good and breakfast is amazingly tasty.

There were a number of small cockroaches in the room and toilet In the morning, I had to attend some urgent work at 7.00am and so woke up at 5.30am. There was no water in the bathroom. Initially, it was only hot water but finally both hot water and cold water taps were dry. Called the reception a number of times. A man came and tried all his tricks but failed. Finally at 6.45 am, he brought a bucket with lukewarm water, with which I took my bath. I was however late for my work.

Hotel management after booking a hotel room he is not yet all ready to give. He was telling that he don't have rooms available or else i should visit his hotel before booking in online and room was not cleaned properly previously the customer bed sheet and pillow cover is not changed like that kept. Before booking this hotel take think it and book it

Location is good. No food service of thair own. Room was nice. Pillows ware old. Central for many locations in the city.

Good house keeping. Underneath restaurent available, tea served in room. Hot water available. Rooms boys are good. Positive wibe.

I have booked online, after reaching hotel they are telling all rooms are booked and took me to other property which is old property. In total there service is poor & staff behaviour is pathetic

I stayed in lotus park it's very poor in clean and lodge staff is also misbehaving with customers. Hotel staff never follow his own words realy i am very much upset

Worst experience. Booked Suit room for 2 nights. AC not at all working. Even after informing to reception and housekeeping no one bothered about it. Second day room was shabby and messed … house keeping not cleaned my room. After asking to reception they give me small room instead of suit. I suggest you not to book this property

This room is very very small uncomfortable i am not interested in this hotel booking this hotel is very uncomfortable.

We booked a room for 3 for 3 nights. When we arrived at this place after a long journey at 11. 30pm hotel staff told us that there is no booking in my name, they are having issue with mm t where rooms are not available but still they are allowing bookings. After checking all their data and showing all the booking information they agreed that i booked room. After that they started working on it and there was a room which can barely accommodate 2 people given to us. After all this drama for one hour they started cleaning that small room for us. Please avoid this place when you are traveling with family and kids.

I reached 8:30am but my booking was 12:00am onwards, i requested them for early login and at the same time early check out next day, but they didn't allowed me. This was sad part.
