The rooms were clean & specious. We stayed there only one ambience is beautiful & the location is also green with fields around. I can recommend tourists to visit this property once when in Gulbarga.🙏

Perfect stay. Receptionist and all the staff was very polite. Room and toilet was really clean. Mattress was superb. AC was functioning well.. TV was working... But they didn't have geyser. Food was a bit overpriced so i didn't order. I would highly recommend

I have submitted ID proof of myself at reception during check in. However the receptionist was demanding ID proof of all the family members. During midnight also they have harassed me for ID proofs. I have checked out from the hotel in the early morning due to the bad behaviour of the receptionist. We didn’t have the breakfast also even after making payment for the same.

Room booked along with breakfast buffet but first day, buffet is not provided. Said that rooms are not booked sufficiently and we’re unable to provide buffet. Whatever you order, we’ll provide. What they served the food , pathetic. Coconut chutney smells like coconut oil, it’s not raw coconut chutney. Idly very hard. Dosa not good. Coming to room, very bad maintenance. Unhygienic bathrooms and not shelves to keep soaps and all. Worst stay.
