Not bad , good . Clean room with child AC working good, ceiling fan was old model , making too much noice. All other things are ok. Nice to stay.

My experience in this hotel was below average. 1. Though rooms were clean, the toilets were not clean. 2. Rooms were not ready though we reached in the evening. 3. I had booked two rooms and hot water was not available in one of those rooms. 4. The exhaust fan in toilet was making noise 5. Switch board was broken and was an invitation to electric shock 6. The rooms are not worth for the amount paid. 7. Food in the hotel restaurant was good

Special attention required for supply of blankets, towels and sanitary supplies such as soap, shampoo etc staff is good but requires a bit training

Hotel is well located. We stayed in a triple bedroom called suite. Room was of average quality. Food is brought from outside. Staff were cooperative and friendly.

It would have been more convenient if they were more prompt and proactive in attending to guests' needs. The hotel provided good service in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The common areas were well-kept, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were adequately cleaned and restocked with essentials. In terms of location, kasturi international was conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city's attractions and nearby markets. This was a definite plus for those who wanted to experience the local culture and shopping scene. Overall, my stay at kasturi international was comfortable and enjoyable. Though there were instances of delayed service, the polite and helpful staff, along with the well-maintained rooms, made up for it. I would recommend this hotel as a decent choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay in bijapur.

Hygiene not upto mark, all services poor and comes to you on extra money to be paid for, lazy attitude of youths engaged fir services, except one slightly old person did good job but after paying separately.
