although hotel located at good location, the overall room was not maintained properly. room was not clean, washroom was smelling very bad, bedsheets were clean but saw spiders and mosquito in bed. also blanket was smelling, tv was working but dth recharge was not done. air-conditioning was set on temperature 24°c, not able change the desired temperature. also one of wall of room was damaged due water seepage. not able to use room space since internal furniture was not arranged properly. only dinner was good and complementary breakfast was not tasty at all. overall not good experience.

Hospitality is very good. Prime location. Room is good. The only thing needs attention is reception and corridor.

The room was very small in size and very congested there was no proper ventilation system in place, staff were very lazy in nature, will never recommend anyone to stay there. Please do mention room size
