I had booked Hotel Manoj as I was running Satara Hill half marathon. The hotel is very poorly maintained. The room has stains on the wall. The bed lining was okay. The bathroom has no washbasin and have a Indian style WC. The food was okay though a bit spicy. The only saving grace was prompt service. Avoid the hotel as far as possible.

Room was good and spacious but washroom was not clean and hygienic. They do not change the bedsheet on daily basis also. Else everything was fine. I would recommend this Hotel for the business traveler.
