Sun Park resort is one of the best choices to stay. The hotel restaurant is awesome. Nice food at a reasonable price. Staff members are very polite and corporate. Hotel rooms have all the facilities and very neat and clean. Perfect Hotel for family, couple, etc.

Waste Hotel. Room is suffocating. Had to take another Hotel. Booking money wasted.

Budget hotel.

What they are showing in pics, its fake. Manager was not available there. Only 3-4 boys were there. When we reached they didn't provide the super deluxe room for which I have booked. They provided us a simple room and said we were not aware of your booking and rooms are not available. When I disputed they said talk to MakeMyTrip will provide super deluxe room tomorrow. When I asked for money adjust, they refused, so we had to move to a regular room. Then next day in evening they provided us super deluxe room totally disappointed.

The amenities provided were not upto mark. However, a person could stay here for 1-2 days. Super-deluxe rooms are better to opt for as the deluxe rooms has no such quality deluxe-like. Overall I would give low stars.
Geyser was not in working condition and the water supply was yellowish and unhygienic. Though we had booked deluxe room, we were provided super-deluxe room which was a positive point. Apart from that, room service was OK. Would recommend the hotel only if someone has price constraint.

Food are better than room services.
There was no air-conditioner or heater and no water bottle.

Really liked the room service and staff, garden was good where we can have outdoor eateries. Staff helped us to bring food amenities, overall a budget friendly hotel.

Extremely poor disoriented rest OK. Now if we ask room service to bring lunch after a tired day then they will bring it one hour late, if we ask for water bottle, same has to be repeated. Then we ask for extra bedding for 200/- per night then again need to be reminded at 11:20 pm at night fir providing it, have not seen such a poor service in any hotel in entire life so far.

Not satisfied with the stay... Asked for deluxe room but it was normal one with no outside view.

Never recommends as the receptionist agreed some paid facility at check in, very unfortunately charged more than double . On check out they did argued for the wrong amount, The staff was not so friendly and blanket stings

Hotel is good, I am recommend to my all friends and hotel restaurants food is also very good & Specially gobhi Paratha. And staff was very nice, so please try 2 time and enjoy with your family in this hotel and Manali.

The room was big enough. Also full room was covered with carpet, and that is pretty good in such a cold weather. The location of the hotel was also good. As I checked in the hotel in the night and checked out in the morning, I won't get chance to discover the area and other surrounding. Overall the experience was good.

I was planning with family for Manali trip in august and I have booked the hotel Manali castle facilities are to good staff is very friendly location is good including car parking over all hotel is good.

Hotel is situated approx 1. 5km from famous mall road of Manali. Rooms are clean and hot water facility is available. Budget hotel and stay was comfortable. Room service was prompt and good. One can easily book this hotel without having a second thought.
