Review Of Hotel Mahadev Regency

I stayed at this property for a night during my recent visit to Jaipur book the property last minute have called the reception and informed to get the room ready as it was already late7 p.m. post call reach property at around 8:pm stay, the room was not ready and had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the room....., reception staff was very rude in terms of asking the inclusions of my package. They didn’t inform properly..... as breakfast was included in my package. They were no buffet available for breakfast. Instead, they suggested me to do in room service for breakfast on complimentary Bute during settling the bill. They charged me for the entire breakfast that I ordered after the arguing with staff at reception, they mentioned that we do not give breakfast not online, and you have to pay for the food that you consume and say to hold my backs if I will not pay for breakfast... myself being an hotelier I know the basic courtesy how to speak the Guest, the reception staff was laughing between themselves, stating that do not give their luggage as if they don’t pay, and I don’t have any option as I have to catch my train for my next destination and have paid around, thousand bucks for the things which I have already paid online.... they believe in making fool to the people and well aware about the weak points of traveller... never suggest this property to anyone.

The property is very close to the bus stand, within walking distance, no hassle to find it. The facilities were excellent and the food from the restaurant was tasty. The bedsheet is torn, there is no Normal water at night in the bathroom, room to not properly cleaned

property is located at very prime location with very easy access to both bus station and metro station and just a 10 rupe auto ride away from railway station ..owner was real nice and checkin process was really smooth and quick i was a couple hours late to check in so i was worried but the owner welcomed me and the stay experience was delightful .. the food at hotel is also reasonably priced and quite tasty rooms were also clean .. to sum it up it was great experience

As my booking there should be a air conditioning room, but no provision to hotness of room.

Rooms were not well maintained. There were leakages in bathroom. Intercom was also not working. The rooms were different from what was shown in the pictures.

Very dirty room with dirty blankets. Also the room service is very very poor. They also gave torn blankets and bedsheets. Intercom service was not unavailable. Also there were broken charging points in the room. The hotel was located in the most congested area inside the dirty lane.

The excavator is in the very worst condition. Very old maintenance excavator. Room service ok. Economically worth.

As the description is not good, because the room washroom is not clean, there is a small fungus in the washroom, and no almeera to hold clothes and other things.

Great staff n place as well. Staff was very professional. Food supply is fast n taste as well. Quick supply. Manager is very cordial

Hotel room was overall ok but bed sheet n all are too dirty even we complaint to the person who was sitting on reception but he didn't listen he replied with attitude washroom also full of cigarettes smell plus they gave us small room for 3 people which was supposed to be for 2 person but they charged the room for 3 people but didn't get proper facilities at all. It was a bad experience for us

The hotel food is good but no any ventilation, bed is also very small.
