No manegar no servant no respect no. Teriting godd and not able to service

I booked MSR lodge but at the time of reach they gave us a different lodge but it was a nice and clean lodge compared to MSR. Overall it was good👍😊

Value for Money, good location 500 m from Rly station, neat and clean room and supportive staff….

Good for family to stay. Near by hotels and Railway Station. Bathrooms cleaned, Ro also available and hot water at morning.

This good for parking .People behaviour is good . Suggestion staying in ground floor is more good comparing other floor

they denied checkin and shifted to another hotel, so as per I stayed in MSR but in reality I checked in another hotel by them. this is a big legal issue. must look into this

Hotel ms r lodge did not allow check in there rather shifted us to another nearby hotel. I had booked for 3 adults and 2 kids but in an alternate hotel they gave us only bed for 2 adults. This alternate arrangement was not even informed to makemytrip. So in makemytrip record i checked in ms r while in real physical register record i did not check in. A big administrative and legal issue. Makemytrip needs to check this problem. Because of this i left the hotel at 9 pm without night stay.

We have booked a triple bed room at m. S. R lodge. They have given a single towel for the three of us. Beds were dusty and the room wasn't that big enough. Room delivery service is the worst of all. We have given money to bring 2 plates of rice, but the delivery person bought only 1 plate and claims that it is for three people. Disappointed by this behaviour of the staff. I do not recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Stay in low budget and enjoy the trip entire the family members, well experience in this t q you very much

Awesome stay. No issues. Friendly staff. Recommend. Decent rooms will be provided with decent pay rates. Nice location too. Away from traffic

It was a fairly good stay and all locations are near by to hotels like restaurant, transit etc, staff here are so attentive and hospitality was 5 star.

I stayed with my family including elder people and a kid. Very close to bus stop and railway station. Autos are available 24/7 on this road and also ola is also available. Can get food at any time on this road where the lodge is located. Manager and service people are friendly. Room are on average side but worth the money paid.

Rooms are not good, very unhygienic. Far from bus stand and beside railway track. Better avoid this hotel.

The building was older and cleanliness needed to be improved. service can be improved. the neighborhood place is not good for sophisticated families.

The hotel room was very dirty. The bathroom was very horrible, very old and dirty bucket n mug provided. Bed was all messed up and no extra mattress provided even we booked for 3 persons. Management were not very co operative charging money for anything extra.

Rooms are not like in pics posted in the portal, full mosquitoes. You need take a mosquito net if you want to stay in night.

Hotel is okay but the location is bad. Neighborhood is full of related shops. Rooms are neat but it's with zero ventilation. I've booked non-ac but had to upgrade to ac due to no ventilation and airflow at all.

Very nice to stay. This place very nearer to tirupati railway station 🚉 back side. cheap and best in price.
