Review Of HOTEL M.N RESIDENCY

The hotel is absolutely terrible . The rooms are dirty old filled with moisture on the walls and outdated and filled cockroaches . The Staff is rude and snobby except for Jaggan who is definitely holding the fort together for this pathetic hotel and being very cooperative . They dont change the bedsheets for 2-3 days at a stretch . The sheets and towel are all soiled. Repetitive breakfast and the worst part is the hotel closes the gates like a house by 12 am . It was the worst experience by far in my entire travel career . Would never recommend this for anyone

The location is very convenient if you're coming via train. Only about 5 minutes of walk from Secunderabad railway station. The rooms are okay enough for how cheap it is. The staff are friendly enough. Everything about the hotel is okay if you're not picky about anything. Along with cheap prices and convenient location, I would recommend it only if you're coming to the city for a couple of days only and need a cheap place to crash at night.

very avrage facility, house keeping team never come and change bed sheet, pillow cover, bathroom very bad, we get good hotel room the same place, this price.

Property Location is easy to navigate. Staff behavior was decent. They even allow me 30 mins early check-in. Room was clean. Tv was functional but with very limited channel.

The place is below average. Location is better, service is good But room condition and bathroom is worse with no shower in bathroom. In morning there is no hot water available. Room was too hot fan is also too slow, overall the condition of room is below average. Staff behaviour is good they are helpful

Stay was pleasant, room neat n tidy, staff were cooperative. The check in & check out timings 12pm-12pm is most inconvenient, have to pay 2 days charges for 1 day stay from morning till evening

Had much difficulty in reaching the property. No directions given to reach the property. Property in narrow lane. Incorrect picture of property given in MMT.

Don't ever book this hotel room with breakfast. They are providing breakfast from street vendors with no quality. Hotel stay not ideal if you are staying with family.

At first, the person at the counter was not helpful but the other staff members helped. Later, the person at the counter helped. Besides, my reservation was from 21st december, 2024 to 6th january, 2025, but i left on 27th december, 2024. I requested them for at least some amount of refund but they said that they cannot return the amount. Besides, they at first disagreed to manage a hired car for me as i wanted to travel a few places which were not included in their pre-fixed itinerary although agreed to pay whatever he charged

Hotel staffs are courtious. Rooms are clean but small. Difficult with one small kid. It is very near to station.

I find the property in Google maps,the room was good ,and clean ...the staff was very polite manner 😍best location for travellers .. railway station is in walkable distance

Staff are well behaved, very near to secunderabad railway station, blankets provided were of poor quality, no food are made in this hotel, you can bring food from outside.
