Hotel Bhavani Lodge

Sorry to say hospitality is not good, way of talking to the customer is not good and no towels are kept. Luckily hot water was coming.

the staff was extremely polite and helpful in time of need. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad. It's super safe for solo women travellers, because I was one ❤️

Room had small cockroaches and was smelling smoky despite of spraying roomspray. Other aspects like bedsheets, pillow cover, furniture were fine. TV was not working. Overall if you can adjust at a room rent , you may go ahead with it.

though the hotel is right on the road side but it is bit difficult to locate as the app location shows the back side of the hotel. my room was small without any window which is good for a day's stay only and suitable only for single person. bathroom was too small but clean. location is good. metro and busstand are nearby.

Hot water not available due to Geyser not working. Room is good. Staff not enter the room before check in time. I have arrived room at 10:30 am. Need to work on that. If someone booked Room for family.

The stay was comfortable with minimal intrusion while I was in my room. However, the hotel receptionist was unwelcoming and made remarks about me. The wifi was advertised to be free but when I asked for the password the receptionist would make excuses that there was a connection issue or something. In fact when I turned on the wifi in my phone, it was picking up the bhavani lodge's wifi router. After making a complaint to make my trip was when I got the wifi password. Otherwise those guys were joking about the wifi password/giving me wrong password. Either way if you want to book a room at any lodge use the MakeMyTrip app.

it's an average hotel. the fan is not that great but room was ok. since I got in low price so compensated for the same. but the location is very good. on the main road.

Property location is not good. Behaviour of Manager is very rude. food is not available. Amenities is not here specially WIFI not provided at this property. Service is not good

Room was clean and well arranged. I reached very late and the lodge was closed but the people in the reception and owner responded swiftly and let me in.

We chooses that hotel on the basis of features. they are providing checkout tym as our own. But after the completion of booking. That hotel stafs saying booking not have that feature only direct booking have that feature to check out 24houra.

Bathroom too small and slab too dirty.Heavy noise in all time in night time . Because this hotel road side.Room not clean every day.dustbin not received daily,Bedsheets and blankets not wash or changed time to time person checkout.when I ask but he say this is not changed and say this is change or washed in every 30 days.same bedsheet and blanket give to all. no dining table.

The hotel manager was very cordial and cooperative. The room was tidy and spacious. Overall, a very good experience altogether

It's situated at prime location and very convenient to explore deccan city from place. I recommend it for staying with family.
