very bad service no hot water in bathroom complimentary breakfast so bad nothing in breakfast they MakeMyTrip se booking ki but no help from hotel or MakeMyTrip not recommend to anyone

The experience was quite horrible because shower is not working if you I called for water this give after 2 hours in midnight I think service is to delayed and breakfast is useless

I had one of my most disappointing experiences at this hotel. The hospitality was far below expectations — staff appeared indifferent and poorly trained in handling guest concerns. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional response from the General Manager, who showed no courtesy or willingness to address the issues raised. For a property that claims to offer quality service, the overall attitude and lack of basic guest care were unacceptable. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving professionalism and hospitality standards.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to share my recent experience at [Hotel M1]. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations in several key areas. First, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding had stains, and the bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned Second ,After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my charger in the room. I contacted the hotel the same day, fully expecting it to be recovered by housekeeping. To my surprise, I was told they "did not find anything." I know for a fact the charger was left behind, as it was plugged in next to the bed. It's frustrating and disappointing that such a simple item couldn’t be located — especially since I called promptly after my stay. What’s worse is that there was no effort made to truly investigate or follow up. I felt brushed off rather than helped, which left a very poor impression. Will not recommend the same.Thanks

it was ok ... comfortable stay... because of heavy rain somethings go up and down.. shortage of things... otherwise it's nice

The hotel lacked basic facilities like housekeeping service after 10 pm. The AC of the room was not working and I was made to change the room thrice. The food was overpriced and still pathetic. And moreover, the rooms were stinking.

rooms was not cleaned,fouling smell and mosquitoes, and even not provide Mosquitoes coil. house keeping poor, during breakfast upto8:50am breakfast was not ready. not recommended to anyone stay.

Subpar experience. Room was not up to the mark in terms of furnishing as well as cleanliness. Housekeeping service was alright. Breakfast was poor both in terms of variety as well as quality. Breakfast buffet was not ready even as late as 9 am. Service at breakfast buffet was also poor. Overall, not a satisfactory experience

I had pathetic experience. They changed my room twice due to lock problem, toilet tap leakage. The room service was bad. Overall bad experience. I won't go to this hotel again

Everything is good. The hotel is good and so is the staff. Cold water is available and everything else is good and the behaviour of the staff is also very good.

Location and food quality is very good. I am the father of Suhani. She stayed there for one night. Dinner cost was reasonable. Hotel provided breakfast at 11:AM also.

Saw it was fresh and the coffee facility was also good. The staff here was also good and so was the parking!

no water in flush tank. 1 person to came check but no solution. no hot water in bathing, floor was so dirty with dust. no cleaning neasure were there at all.

overall experience about property is average, location is too good, but according to Room price, facilities not available in Hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hotel, The housekeeping and kitchen staff were absolutely excellent—attentive, professional, and always ready to help. A special shout to restaurant staff, who was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay. The food quality and taste were outstanding, truly one of the highlights of my visit! However, I feel the reception staff could improve in terms of responsiveness and hospitality—it would make the overall experience even better. Despite this, I would definitely recommend the hotel for its amazing service, great food, and comfortable, need & clean stay.

First of all the lift was not working. Secondly i ordered food for which they made me wait 1 hour and then at last they said they won't be able to provide food in the room. And asked me to order from outside. Then at last when i went to there restaurant they served me food but it was pathetic. And also the mattress was not at all comfortable. It was a terrible experience.
