Super HOTEL WHITE STONE RESIDENCY

My stay at Inderprasth Hotel in Jalandhar was a truly delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jalandhar. Overall, a very good experience!

Room was not good & we booked room with breakfast but in hotel reception asked us on booking they don’t provide breakfast. It was totally bad experience.

It's a decent place for a short trip. Though the location needs some correction on maps. Overall a nice and peaceful experience.

It was a good experience. Room service was also good. We had a comfortable stay at this hotel and the behaviour of staff was also good. It was not so far and was easy to find this hotel and thanks to make my trip for convinient services.

Staff behaviour was very polite but smell in the room was not good and second thing is the service is littel bit slow.

Firstly when i went they have given me a very dirty room they thought i would adjust. Then i requested for the room change then they gave a better room and that was at night. And when i complained about that the receptionist told the tarif was so low that we can't provide rooms at such low prices.

I was not allowed to check in, because staff said min 20 years old are allowed in our hotel. But they never mentioned this while booking.

I was not provided the room which was booked and paid in advance instead i was sent the older unit of the same hotel with poor quality rooms.

Decent room with silent environment only disappointing thing is that geyser was not working in this season of cold

This hotel can't give any food's as shown in the booking voucher as well as no hot water is avaible in the washrooms there is not a single bottle of water for drinking very poor experience.

Behavior of is not that much good, though i paid for the meals, they simply told we won’t give any meal in online booking, which is not good.

Hotel staff is so bed. My booking all-ready book. And he tell me give me 800= extra money for booking. Warna canceled booking. I pay extra 800= money at hotel booking. I not use the mm t aap in future.
