Review Of Hotel Lilawati Grand

Very bad experience I had in the hotel, zero cleanliness, no dustbin in the room. Service was worst in terms of everything like even basic service like drinking water was not neither available in the room nor delivered after asking for the same. I myself carried my luggage to the room at the time of check in and same at the time of checkout. I checked out around 9 AM and I had to find the people to handover the key and he was sleeping and didn’t care to take the key even, just asked me to put the key on reception. Extremely rude behaviour

Not usable for family purpose, alcohol permitted. So those family select it, if alcohol have no alergy.

During my stay someone knocked at the door around 11.57 PM . That was not good

nice stay but hv some issues on fooding. not worth as per rates of food. staff behaviour was good.

Day by day the condition of the hotel is deteriorating. Smelly beds dirty floors . Stained bedsheets and what not. No food available.

Location is so good and staff are also good

Reception was not at all cooperative.. I called them for guidance about the location..they cut the call after listening my details. they didn't response about the smallest query like upto which time the gate is open or about the route of any destination. there were a severe problems in bathroom tap and lift which they ignored after telling repeated time

The hotel is also good and the hotel staff also helpful , I love it , .......

The room was literally poor...and also there was a problem with bathroom shower...the tap was already broken and was leaking water...but when we inform to the counter they checked it and after that they changed our room bht when it was the time of check out the manager was trying to get extra money for the tape...and was saying that we broke the water tape like seriously...

Place was good, rooms were clean and staffs were friendly. Food rates were little high as per quality which needs improvement

This was my second time in Hotel lilawati grand. My first experience was excellent for which I chose it the 2nd time. But, unfortunately this time the allotted room had poor maintenance in the bathroom. Water was spilling all over the floor due to some leakage . Though we took room service for cleaning but again the water spilled from the leakage. My mother almost slipped on the floor. So, I'm quite disappointed this time. But still I gave it 4 stars due to my past experience and staff's behaviour.

the room was not clean, the sheets were smelly and dirty. The room itself is very congested, no space to even move around and I don't know what smell it was but the room was very smelly
