properties is located nearby the railway station which is very precious location by the services of property is very poor there is nothing but only mosquitoes in the room the breakfast quality is very poor in the potato Paratha there is no potato and the room service is also very poor

There is no authorised parking for four wheeler, complimentary breakfast is ok ok room infrastructure also not good so only average ranking given from my side

Not clean. And hygienic. Bed sheets were smelling and not clean some body hairs are also stick on pillow covers.

Hotel manager asked for extra money in the name of gst on tariff and extra charges for breakfast which was already included in the booking. In case of emergency hotel does not have master / second key of rooms, no ac facilities available in the hot summer weather.

Nice place to for a quick weekend stay didn't stay a lot there as majority i was on my business

We have stayed in Hotel Kusum for two nights. The stay was horrible as the staff was not cooperative. Cleanliness was not there and the provided towels and beds sheets were bit unhygienic ally maintained. They don't follow the company voucher and declined the written services as per voucher on face. Hotel was interlinked with hospital so hospital staff sitting and state room was just next to our room and it was open. Late night the staff and local people used to talk and due to chit chat hearing we felt bit unsafe. If you are planning to stay with family then please rethink and decide.

Everything is good. Room, food, staff etc.

Provision of hand towels. Toothpaste was not there. Stay was comfortable. Service was good. Food was nice. Recommend to my colleagues. 15 Nov they shall stay there.
