होटल का स्टाफ ने किसी भी प्रकार का सपोर्ट नहीं किया हम तीन लोगो ने स्टे लिया extra बेड लगाने से मना कर दिया बोले हमारे यंहा ऐसा कोई प्रावधान नहीं है भले अपने डीलक्स room बुक किया हो आप लोगो को एक बेड पर है एडजस्टमेंट करना पड़ेगा हमने ब्रेकफास्ट के साथ बुक किया था ब्रेकफास्ट के नाम पर होटल के बाहर से पोहा मंगवा दिया होटल वालो ने बोला कि हमारे यंहा नहीं मिलता ब्रेकफास्ट बाहर से मंगवा कर देते है हमने रात में एक फिंगर चॉप्स और पनीर chhili आर्डर किया वो भी हमे 2 घंटे मैं दिया गया वो भी स्वाद नहीं था..... आप मुझसे पूछेंगे कि कितने पॉइंट हम दे 10 में तो में 1 /10 देना चाहूंगा... और अगले बार कभी भी स्टे नहीं करूँगा इस होटल में और कोई पूछेगा तो उसको भी मना कर दूंगा....

Ac was not working properly, there is no intercom in any room no mirror in washroom bedsheet, pillow and blankets was dirty room service was very poor the hotel is running for unmarried couples only who booked room for 1 or 2 hours only

No intercom room service is poor the night incharge was not aware how behave, need to speak with manner. I hv asked for water in checking time, i purchased from outside next day morning

Staff is good, helpful, service is satisfactory, location of property on point good parking facelity location near bus stand and railway station

1.no window in any room 2. bathroom so dirty 3. no exhaust in rooms 4. staff was cooperative 5. bed sheets, towels, blankets 👎 bad 6. no balcony in any room and even hotel 7. no hotel feelings looks jugaad stay

It's a safe and near to market. Owner and staff are very professional. It seems they are renovating the hotel so expecting great place to stay very soon.

The location of the property was good. The room was average. The staff was well behaved. I did not have any food from the Hotel. The cleanliness was also ok.

The condition of the room was not good, as I travelling across India due to business this Hotel is not up to the mark comparing to others. The bedsheet was stinking. Room was not clean on a daily basis. We were given the Key to clean the room but it was not clean when coming back. There were many people drinking on the premises as Bar is attached to the Hotel. I will not recommend this property for family.
