Room space was good but bed quality so bad and fan sounds so irritate

No power back up, bathroom water was leaking towards room

Good food, good location, staff best wishes

They gave us rooms, not the renovated ones. After humbly requesting and eager to pay the extra charges as well, they didn't change the room.

This is going to be my last booking with MakeMyTrip. Took 15 days for a date change. I requested a date change on 26th March 2018 for a hotel booking in July 2018. Initially they gave 72 hr resolution promise. But that's plain BS. Every time I had to call them myself to ask about update and every freaking time they asked to wait for 24 hrs. I had accepted their extra charges right away but they are utterly useless bunch of people sitting there. They don't write you email about the promises. If t

I stay in this hotel on my business trip. All other experience is good only when I checked out that time hotel manager did not cooperate me while I asked bill two hrs. Before checked out time. Although I cleared all the amount including food and other.

I always prefer this hotel while I travel to Chhindwara because of two reasons 1. Familiarity with the hotel and it's location, staff etc 2. Cleanliness and service is good at cheap rates. So you get value for money.

Room are good but not clean so much and room service also not so good. Location of room is at right position, you can take bus and other public transport for moving in city. Overall good hotel and value of money.

Location and service good. Old repainted room. Bathroom clean but not neat. Hot water in bathroom only after Sun shines. Before that bucket full on demand. Food is okay. Worth Only through make My Trip. Average for an emergency stay.

Hotel location is good near by main bus stand but facility is not good. Food is also given order after execution not be done long time waiting for food but nothing any response at a time. Overall, service is very poor.
