Review Of Hotel Kunzam, Manall (HPTDC)

They aren't children friendly.

It was a pleasant stay. The room service was good. Hotel renovation was underway so there were construction noises, but this is a temporary issue.

Location is awesome. It is on mall road, food is very good. Staff behavior is very good. Cons : only one thing that furniture and rooms are old.

The hotel place is marvellous but hotel service is so so, improve the service, all thing is good. I am Haappy.

Hotel needs renovation. Beds are old, furniture old, bathrooms old. The only plus is food which is excellent.

Location at mall and best communication. The staff of The Hotel are all well behaved and very cooperative. Very good stay. Recommended for this Hotel to stay at Manali.

Hotel is located on mall Road itself

I stayed at hptdc Shimla, so I had some expectation from hotel Kunzam but room were not clean to my shock, spiders were there in the room even on the bed I asked for the room change, staff tried to cooperate but basic things are missing breakfast is not up to the mark, there were not good variety and even they were serving cold poori or bhatura and even cool as well staff is friendly and I can give full marks to them only but apart from the staff many things are missing. Hotel location at a first view good but once you check in, in your room you will not find much good view There is lot of place for improvement for this hotel.

Its a fantastic journey with Kunzam Hotel all The amenities was too good.

Best thing is, just on mall Road

Staff behaviour, service and food, everything is excellent. Simply great hotel with very good location right on mall Road. Suggesting for all couple, family stay.

Good hotel in Manali for family

It was, indeed, a good experience. The hotel was excellent, the sightseeing arrangements were also quite good.

Hotel service is not good.

Soft spoken and helping staff with nice services.

Rooms were clean, washrooms were clean and spacious. Room service was good but restaurant was not so well maintained. Also rooms are to be maintained with more care.

Ok type hotel.

Near the bus stop. Good to stay.

Practically no room service... However, travel desk was pretty informative.
