Overall i would like to say this is what we all call a family hotel everything in this hotel was according to the needs of every type of family staying there. The only thing i didn't like was the food which was average. Rest assured i would like to say thanks to the owner and the staff for acting like a complete team. Nice stay very highly recommended for families!

Unfortunately due to some medical emergency, i was not able to come there so i requested for the partial refund but they refused and disconnect the customer valuable call.

Hotel room was large, water availability was fine but tv was not working. Terrace & the pug was very beautiful. Owner & staff behaviour was also good & cooperative. Food is moderate and little bit over priced, i think. Car parking area is not adequate as because of construction nearby. Also, very near from manali meal rd.

Services are good, rooms are also cozy, but they have very few rooms which have good views. Also they have a terrace view which is also good. If someone opt to stay here look for family suites which is on the top with balcony. No other rooms (deluxe and super deluxe) have balcony. This is not mentioned while booking rooms as in pictures, all rooms are shown with balcony Even-though we booked super delux room with valley view but we got side building view which was not good.

If i will go manali again i would love to visit same hotel again

this hotel is old and offers very basic facilities. it is more like 1000-1500 per night kind of accommodation. we had to checkin in another hotel as we couldn’t live in the given environment.

The working staff was cordial and efficient

As we already knew that we will reach manali late night at around 11pm so we opted for this hotel. Location of the hotel was good, near the mall road and parking available. We did not food so no idea about the food service. Rooms were big but you get minimal view of manali from the rooms.

This was a wonderful experience to be here. The rooms were spacious, very cordial and courteous staff. Food was excellent. The location is good as walking distance to mallroad and food joints!

Cleaning and service very nice

The location is incorrect on the app. The location is 1km away from the pin on mmt. Hotel is decent, adjacent to gurudwara and has nice views in the morning. The balcony is a shared one among-st multiple rooms.

It was a good stay at hotel hill top. I booked a family room with balcony but they didn't provide me balcony room and was told that it was booked earlier. Even though room was good. Staff was good and service was quick. Near to mall road is a big plus for this hotel
