service is very bad in every field, also not having any single manner to talk to the customers , charges are not even worth it.

Poor Stay
Room not cleaned lot of dust at all appliances, wash room jet spray water leaking whole night, an used soap on wash basin not cleared after asking, mos-quote in room due to room not cleaned, cattle in room but no milk or tea bag available after 5 reminder calls tea not served in room.

Pathetic service
Room was no cleaned dust was there all around the room, no shower in bath room, bathroom door was jammed, tv was not working as no batteries were there in remotes, they were not proving basic needs also towels were not provided when i have asked for that he simply said no towels available but when i have told him for reviews they has provided.

Rude staff and unprofessional
Hotel staff react very rudly, they keep banging on door until l you open they door if something they require from you, treatment is like you are staying for free. I will not recommend at all, to stay at this hotel price for this hotel is very high also as compared to other hotels having good facilities in same price.

Staff behavior was rude. Room were not properly cleaned. Toilet water tabs was not working. Blanket was very dirty. Mmt shouldn't collaborate with such bad hotels. Even i will avoid booking from mmt next time. There are so may apps as present. Pols keep some dignity to select proper hotels. When i was checked in, they didn't even know about my booking and denied for checking telling that hotel is full. They were not even agree to provide extra beds. Each and every time i have to call mmt customer care that too even at 1am in the night. Pathetic experience. Unable to charge mobile since electrical switches were not working

A good stay
