Room condition is very bad, bathroom is very small, i am not satisfied

3rd class hotel.

There were no room booked in our name. We have booked two rooms where as we are got the information about one room only. The room' given to us was quite nasty and bathroom was dirty no flas was working. After our hot discussion the manager sent one boy for cleaning. And the hotel we booked was new crown but the room was given in other' neelkamal hotel. The manager also informed that he has got the information on the same day only in the morning. So we are not happy with the service given by your office. - b. K. Choudhury.

Latrine bathroom very bad. Servant's service good. Management is not good.

Room facility not good. It is not comfortable. It was costly as compared to room facility. At this price, best room should be available.

Make my trip has given me lifetime achievement award by inclusion of such a filthy place to stay. Even horrible will not be an apt word for such a hotel

Location is not good. Service is of low quality. Room condition is very poor. Cleanliness not done by hotel staff. Toilet and bathroom condition is poor.

Located near railway station. Ten kms away from airport. It is not easily accessible to reach by car. There is no car parking available. Staff is courteous. Wi-Fi was not provided free or otherwise. We used the hotel as transit on our way for Ujjain and Omkarwshwar.

I can't recommend for any gentle man, good family or any girl into this street Once I entered in this street all people starting to looks toward me as I am a accused. Locality is really not good I should request MMT to leave this property as this is reaknot good.

I did not found any Option to book AC room in this particular hotel. I got the room on top floor and it was too hot so I gave few more another buck's to get AC room but that AC was not working properly. Room amenities and toilet was so dirty. Shower was not working bucket was not available in washroom gate was broken. Hotel locality was not good.
