Nice stay.
The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are a bit less spacious as compared to what is portrayed in the photos. The staff and food is really good. Excellent services were provided.

the hotel did not meet expectations. the deluxe room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, with no wardrobes and a cramped bathroom. the room felt cluttered, and basic amenities like drinking water had to be requested through reception. housekeeping services were not visible during the stay. although the food at the restaurant was decent, the overall experience

It was a very painful terrible experience. The room was terrible. The service was pathetic, the owner was rude. No sitting at the reception. Totally it was an excruciating experience, overall. Your service representatives are clueless. No resolution to all our problems. Pathetic is the only word that comes to mind.
