very near to Dargha Sharief. But not properly cleaned Fooding facilities there

The room in which we have stayed was in worst condition. There is no proper window curtain in the room due to which outside light fully focus in the room. No standard facilities provided in washroom. It is very difficult to go main road as well

Ok , but not satisfied because no breakfast and no heat water .. not satisfied any south Indian in the Hotal

The first room which we received was having many problems such as Air conditioner was not working , room was not having much privacy and second room was also having a problem of hard bed , the finishing of the paint on the walls was poor therefore I have rated 2

It was okay experience . The rooms are spacious. but need a bit more of cleaning but the staff is very helpful and listens to all your needs and provides them instantly. and do the necessary requirements. it's near to the dargah less than a minute walk.

I had booked a room for my mother and grandmother, When we finally got to our room, we needed water to freshen up, but the staff told us that water would only be available in the morning. When we asked again in the morning, they claimed that the entire building's water supply was faulty due to a broken geyser and that a plumber would arrive soon. However, by 12 pm, we still didn't have water, and my mother had to bathe with cold water. When I complained, the staff responded rudely, asking why I had complained. Thankfully, intervened and resolved my complaint. I'm grateful to them for helping me." Room is good neat & clean. Family bed 2 double bed good. Bathroom is also good. Staffs also very good. 24 hours hot water available. Wifi available. Everything is fine. I will try to go again.

Hotel kaynata mahal is nearby dargah sharif, it's very good hotel for stay having good staff, service is also good, i suggest this it's a full of luxury which every traveller will expect.

All services good i stay in 3 rd floor lift not working. I requested 1st floor room but he asked full hotel.

At-least before booking you should inform as that there is no lift available there, we got the room on 2nd floor without lift, this is not a good deal
