Below average, Noisy place, Not value for money, I

Room is very small and not fit for family. The hotel owner is also not cooperating. He denies to change the room as I booked through the make my trip website. AC was not fully functional having lot of noise. Bath room is very dirty and I need to get it cleaned by purchasing new harpic bottle.
